Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems. Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Support dental receptionist duties if applicable, including patient check-in/check-out processes. Skills Strong clerical skills with attention to detail. Excellent computer literacy, including familiarity with . Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
