Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Dental Assistant to join our dental team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, support the dental team in delivering exceptional patient care, and ensure the smooth functioning of our dental practice. One year experience in dentistry is a must. Mon-Thurs 8 till 5. Every other Friday and every other Saturday 9-3. Our address is: 2752 Forgue Dr, Suite 118, Naperville, IL 60564. Responsibilities Take excellent full mouth x-rays. Dental charting. Review informed consents with patients. Be flexible with working hours. Be friendly with patients. Experience Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or Lead Dental Assistant within a busy dental clinic environment. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, dental anatomy, medical terminology, general dentistry procedures, oral surgery, and dental implants. Demonstrate expertise in dental sterilization procedures, infection prevention management. Skilled in taking high quality dental X-rays (including panoramic and CBCT) Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and team collaboration.
