Pediatric Dental Assistant (Full-Time) Job Summary We are looking to welcome an awesome Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our multi-specialty dental family. This is a full-time position. Qualifications Active Washington State Dental Assistant Registration (required) Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and infection control protocols Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and team player, no drama Dependable, punctual, organized, and self-motivated Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dentrix experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate Passion for working with children and helping families feel comfortable and confident in their dental care Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist our providers during restorative and preventive procedures, including conscious sedation and IV sedation cases Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards Take high-quality digital radiographs, including panoramic, bitewing, periapical, and occlusal images using our Nomad Pro system · Perform oral prophylaxis, fluoride treatments and sealants.
