Your Role Approximately 75% Clinical Chairside assisting in all areas of general dentistry Providing an exceptional patient experience Supporting efficient doctor flow Maintaining excellent clinical standards Approximately 25% Leadership & Administration Training and onboarding new assistants Performing clinical audits and quality assurance Coaching team members through feedback and accountability Assisting in developing clinical systems and protocols Helping maintain consistency across the clinical team Supporting leadership initiatives and practice growth What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Has extensive experience in all aspects of general dentistry Is confident assisting restorative, crown and bridge, surgery, endodontics, and other comprehensive procedures Is comfortable adapting to new technology and workflows Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail Leads with humility, positivity, and professionalism Is approachable and enjoys helping teammates succeed Holds themselves and others to high standards while maintaining a supportive attitude Communicates well under pressure Thrives in a fast-paced environment Wants to build a long-term career rather than simply work a job Bonus Qualifications Invisalign experience Experience training or leading other assistants Experience with digital scanning and CAD/CAM workflows Familiarity with Open Dental Why You'll Love Working Here Our culture is one of the things we're most proud of.
