Associate Dentist – Mentorship & Future Practice Ownership Sammamish, Washington | 2 Days per Week This is not a traditional associate position. We are seeking a motivated dentist who is passionate about comprehensive, relationship-based dentistry and is looking to build a long-term career—not simply another clinical position. This opportunity has been intentionally designed for a dentist whose goal is to eventually own a thriving, established practice while receiving mentorship from one of the region's most respected clinicians. Our boutique concierge practice in Sammamish focuses on cosmetic, restorative, biologic, and occlusion-based dentistry. Located in one of the Pacific Northwest's most affluent communities, we serve patients who value exceptional care, comprehensive treatment planning, and long-term oral health—not insurance-driven dentistry. Every relationship is built on trust, education, and delivering an extraordinary patient experience. The position begins at two days per week : One clinical day treating patients. One dedicated mentorship day treating patients and working alongside Dr. Kelley Fisher, learning the philosophy, systems, and clinical approach that have made the practice successful. Dr. Fisher is recognized for her expertise in cosmetic dentistry, occlusion-based rehabilitation, and comprehensive restorative care. With more than two decades of clinical experience and extensive postdoctoral training, she has built a practice centered on precision, function, esthetics, and exceptional patient relationships. This mentorship offers the rare opportunity to learn advanced diagnosis, smile design, comprehensive treatment planning, and the art of delivering world-class patient care directly alongside her.
