Salary: Hourly rate starting at $45/hour + commission, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications. Compensation may follow a “whichever is greater” model - you’ll earn either your base hourly pay or a production-based commission, whichever is higher! Example earning potential: Associates meeting performance benchmarks typically earn $50.00 - $75.00/hour and anywhere in between!
