Position: Dental Assistant (Full-Time) Location: NKY Kids Dental- 25 Town Center Blvd, Suite 202, Crestview Hills, KY 41017 Practice: Pediatric Dental Office (Sister office to White Oak Kids Dental in Cincinnati) We have been open a year and are looking for three energetic and compassionate Dental Assistants to join our team! Come work with an amazing team focused on creating positive, fun dental experiences for children and their families. You’ll work alongside amazing, caring pediatric dentists . What You’ll Do: Chairside assisting Prepping for and assisting on IV sedation days Take radiographs (x-rays) Perform coronal polishing and other preventive procedures, including sealants Sterilization, setup, patient notes, and infection control Help create a warm, welcoming environment for kids Qualifications: Dental Assistant experience or training preferred (pediatric experience is a plus) Ability to take x-rays (radiology certification or eligible) Coronal polishing skills (or willing to obtain) EFDA certification is NOT required Must have a passion for working with children and a positive, team-oriented attitude Reliable, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills Why You’ll Love Working Here: Competitive pay based on experience PTO from Day 1 Major holidays off Scrub allowance Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (3:30 PM in summer); alternating Fridays 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Average about 4.5 days per week – no weekends and no after-hours requirements Birthday lunches, team outings, bonus opportunities, and a great positive environment Supportive team with caring, skilled doctors Opportunities for growth in our expanding practice If you’re a friendly, reliable dental assistant who loves kids and wants excellent work-life balance, we want to hear from you!
