Dental Assistant Smile 4 Us – Miami, FL Overview Smile 4 Us is a modern, patient-centered prosthodontic and implant practice dedicated to restoring smiles and changing lives through exceptional dental care. We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Dental Assistant who is passionate about dentistry and committed to providing an outstanding patient experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing private practice that focuses on prosthodontics, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and comprehensive full-mouth rehabilitation. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and organizing instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines. Assist the doctor during restorative, prosthodontic, implant, cosmetic, oral surgery, and other dental procedures. Take high-quality digital radiographs, CBCT scans, clinical photographs, and intraoral scans (Primescan experience is a plus). Fabricate temporary restorations, take impressions, pour models, and assist with prosthodontic procedures. Set up and assist during implant surgeries and complex restorative cases. Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment while providing exceptional customer service. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions. Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Eaglesoft software. Process and sterilize instruments following strict infection control protocols. Maintain operatories fully stocked, clean, and organized. Monitor inventory and clinical supplies. Occasionally assist with front desk duties, scheduling, and patient communication when needed. Work efficiently with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Experience in prosthodontics, implant dentistry, oral surgery, or cosmetic dentistry is highly preferred. Current Florida Dental Radiology Certification required. CPR/BLS Certification required. Experience with Eaglesoft (preferred). Experience with digital dentistry, CBCT, and intraoral scanners is a plus. Knowledge of dental terminology, restorative procedures, sterilization protocols, and infection control standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
