Dental Assistant â Saturdays + Flexible Weekday Coverage Growth Opportunity in a Modern General Dentistry Practice Weâre looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing practice! This position is primarily for Saturdays , with opportunities for temporary/flexible weekday coverage and the potential for additional hours as our new practice continues to grow. This is a unique opportunity to join as one of our initial team members, with the ability to grow professionally, take on expanded responsibilities, and help shape the future of the practice. What Youâll Do Provide chairside assistance during general dental procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies Take dental X-rays following proper safety protocols Maintain accurate patient records using our PMS (Open Dental) Educate patients on procedures, post-op care, and oral hygiene Follow infection control and HIPAA guidelines Collaborate closely with a supportive, patient-focused team What Weâre Looking For Experience in chairside assisting in general dentistry Familiarity with four-handed dentistry and clinical workflows Experience with dental EMR systems (Open Dental) Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care X-ray certification preferred but not required Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Work Location: In person
