As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll play an essential role in delivering outstanding patient care while supporting our doctors and clinical team. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a positive, comfortable experience. Prepare and sterilize instruments according to infection control standards. Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures. Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and clinical photographs. Perform orthodontic adjustments in a timely manner. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment expectations. Record accurate clinical notes and update patient records. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment. Collaborate with teammates to keep appointments running on time and deliver an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Previous dental or orthodontic assisting experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Comfortable using dental practice management software and digital technology. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset.
