What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and preventive care Conduct thorough patient assessments (medical history review, vital signs, periodontal evaluations) Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, preventive strategies, and treatment recommendations Take and interpret dental radiographs while maintaining strict infection control protocols Document accurately in EHR systems (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar platforms) Support efficient workflow through strong teamwork and four-handed dentistry Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to provide comprehensive, compassionate care Assist chairside when needed to maintain smooth patient flow What We’re Looking For Active state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Strong clinical skills in general dentistry (pediatric experience is a plus!) Excellent communication skills — warm, confident, and educational Knowledge of anatomy, infection control, and sterilization protocols Comfort with EMR systems and accurate clinical documentation A team player mindset with a positive, professional attitude Someone who genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with patients Why Join Us?
