We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and plays a key role in both clinical efficiency and patient experience. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of procedures while ensuring patient comfort Take digital X-rays and chart accurately using Open Dental Maintain efficient clinical flow and keep the doctor on schedule Prepare, sterilize, and organize operatories for a high-production setting Support treatment discussions and reinforce doctor recommendations Educate patients on services such as Invisalign and restorative care Help drive case acceptance by building trust and rapport with patients Deliver excellent customer service for both adult and pediatric patients Assist front office tasks as needed (scheduling, follow-ups, coordination) Maintain a clean, organized, and productive clinical environment Qualifications Texas RDA license preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Experience with Open Dental preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive Key Strengths Experience in high-production dental environments Strong ability to connect with patients and build trust Comfortable discussing treatment and supporting case acceptance Familiarity with Invisalign workflows Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management skills Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Language: Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred) Work Location: In person
