Full time RDA Monday-Friday Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. We want this person to be upbeat and bubbly. The person should be warm and inviting as this will be the first point of contact for our patients. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Duties: - Be a supportive and helpful team player. - Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments - Take digital dental x-rays - Perform dental charting and maintain accurate patient records - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions - Perform laboratory tasks such as pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns - Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed Skills: - Proficiency in dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, etc. - Knowledge of dental coding and terminology related to dental procedures - Experience with restorations, crowns, endodontics, implants, extractions, clear aligners, and orthodontics. - Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems for digital impressions and restorations - Ability to take accurate vital signs and record patient information - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
