EXPERIENCED ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT - MCKELVAIN ORTHODONTICS - Arlington, TX

We are seeking a full time EXPERIENCED "Rockstar" Orthodontic Assistant to join our practice! Please do not apply without 5*_ +YEARS OF ORTHODONTIC EXPERIENCE.*_ What we need, what we value... Knowledge of Orthotrac/cloud based Sensei software a plus. We need someone experienced in ITERO scanning. We need someone who is a self starter and self motivated. We need someone who holds their self to high standards and accountability. We need someone who follows and upholds our proper protocols and procedures on how we do treatment. We need someone who takes pride in taking excellent diagnostic records. Scan, pan, ceph and photos. Photos are taken through our Grin app on a phone. We need someone with knowledge and experience with digital 3D printing. We do light cases with aligners and we make clear retainers. We use indirect bonding with custom 3d printed ceramic Lightforce Braces. The portal needs to be managed importing patient information to get the case work up started. We use Orthofx for aligner treatment, this portal also needs to be managed with importing. We use the Grin remote monitoring. The portal needs to be managed of the patients and the scans they send and messaging. We value someone who is motivated and a dependable team player. We value someone willing and striving to always learn new things and accept and apply feedback to keep improving. We value someone that is knowledgeable in OSHA standards. We need someone that is super knowledgeable in sterilization procedures and protocols. We need someone who is energetic, and has a passion for helping patients create beautiful smiles. We need someone who really knows how to make patients and parents feel special and cared for. We need someone who is striving to learn new things and always continue to grow professionally. We need someone who works well with others and has good leadership skills, communication skills and can take initiative on tasks to help the practice continue to grow. We need someone who can lead the clinic and keep it running efficiently. We need someone who can utilize time management well and get all work done efficiently. Keep the Dr. aware of treatment plans on patients and staying on task of treatment plans. Utilize detailed notes on chart. We need someone that never wants to stop learning and growing professionally. We offer paid vacations, holiday pay and sick pay and paid travel time for Thursdays to our NRH location. We will give training on how to use our products and navigate through treatment portals. We have 2 locations, South Arlington (Monday and Wednesday), and North Richland Hills (Tuesday and Thursday).
