Central Valley Dentistry & Implants is a modern dental and surgical center dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through advanced technology, compassionate service, and clinical excellence. Our practice combines comprehensive general dentistry with full-mouth rehabilitation and implant surgery, including All-on-X procedures.

Schedule

Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

One-hour lunch break daily

Additional hours may be available based on production and patient needs
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Dental Assistant with a strong interest in oral surgery, dental implants, and advanced restorative procedures. Surgical experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialized skills in implant dentistry and full-arch rehabilitation while working alongside an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the doctor during surgical and restorative procedures, including All-on-X implant cases.

Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and surgical equipment.

Maintain accurate digital patient records and clinical documentation.

Capture and manage digital records, including intraoral scans and photogrammetry.

Assist with patient education and post-operative instructions.

Monitor inventory and ensure proper sterilization protocols are followed.

Support efficient clinical workflow and maintain a high standard of patient care.

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional treatment outcomes.
Qualifications

Current Dental Assistant certification as required by Arizona regulations.

Previous surgical or implant experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Experience with digital dentistry is a plus.

Ability to learn new technology and clinical workflows.
