Central Valley Dentistry & Implants is a modern dental and surgical center dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through advanced technology, compassionate service, and clinical excellence. Our practice combines comprehensive general dentistry with full-mouth rehabilitation and implant surgery, including  All-on-X procedures.

Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• One-hour lunch break daily

• Additional hours may be available based on production and patient needs

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Dental Assistant with a strong interest in oral surgery, dental implants, and advanced restorative procedures. Surgical experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialized skills in implant dentistry and full-arch rehabilitation while working alongside an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during surgical and restorative procedures, including All-on-X implant cases.

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and surgical equipment.

• Maintain accurate digital patient records and clinical documentation.

• Capture and manage digital records, including intraoral scans and photogrammetry.

• Assist with patient education and post-operative instructions.

• Monitor inventory and ensure proper sterilization protocols are followed.

• Support efficient clinical workflow and maintain a high standard of patient care.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant certification as required by Arizona regulations.

• Previous surgical or implant experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment.

• Experience with digital dentistry is a plus.

• Ability to learn new technology and clinical workflows.
