VIBE Dental is seeking an experienced Associate or Lead General Dentist for a growing private PPO and fee-for-service practice

We are looking for a confident provider who can diagnose effectively, present comprehensive treatment, maintain a productive schedule, and deliver an excellent patient experience.

Ideal Candidate
- Arizona dental license in good standing
- At least two years of general dentistry experience preferred
- Confident with restorative dentistry and crown and bridge
- Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills
- Comfortable treating emergency patients
- Proficiency with molar endodontics, surgical extractions, or implants is highly preferred
- Able to communicate treatment clearly and build patient trust
- Productive without compromising quality
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

- Established patient flow
Schedule
3-5 days per week. Part-time or full-time may be considered. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday availability are especially valuable.
Compensation
Competitive daily guarantee or percentage-based compensation, depending on experience, schedule, and clinical ability.
For the right long-term candidate, future leadership, buy-in, or equity opportunities may be considered after a successful employment period, based on mutual fit, performance, and an agreed practice valuation.
