Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated Registered Dental Assistant or RDAEF who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, direct the flow of the back office, manage supplies and inventory, supervise equipment maintenance. Previous experience in a similar setting is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless patient experiences
- Manage Dental assistants
- Inventory and ordering according to budget
- Perform and/ or supervise equipment maintenace
- Supervise HIPPA and OSHA compliance
- Familiar with implants, O.S, enmdo and Perio
