Full-Time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Are you a people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others feel confident in their healthcare decisions? Our growing orthodontic practice is looking for a full-time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional patient experience. While dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, we are happy to train the right individual. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Assisting the orthodontist during new patient consultations Taking orthodontic records, including digital X-rays and photographs Presenting treatment recommendations, fees, and payment options to patients and families Answering questions and helping patients feel confident moving forward with treatment Preparing referral and communication letters for general dentists and referring offices Collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams to provide an outstanding patient experience What We're Looking For: A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine passion for helping people Confidence discussing orthodontic treatment, financial options, and payment plans Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and be trained Dental or orthodontic experience is preferred but not required An active dental X-ray license is a plus Why Join Our Team?
