We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional patient care while supporting our doctors with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail. What We're Looking For 3+ years of licensed dental assisting experience Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Reliable, dependable, and a positive team player Experience with digital scanning Comfortable assisting with surgical extractions Knowledge or experience with dental implant surgery is a plus Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude Willingness to learn and grow with an experienced clinical team What You'll Do Chairside assisting for a variety of dental procedures Digital scanning and workflow support Surgical assisting, including extractions Instrument preparation and operatory setup Maintain accurate clinical records Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Collaborate with a team that values respect, professionalism, and quality care Why Southdale Dental Associates?
