Dental Assistant — Redmond Family Smiles | Redmond, WA We're a busy, tech-forward general dental practice in Redmond looking for a skilled and personable Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. Schedule: Tuesday – Friday (some Tuesdays off). No Mondays, no weekends. What we offer Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance In-house dental benefits Paid time off Paid holidays $2,000 retention bonus — $1,000 at 6 months, $1,000 at 1 year What we're looking for Prior dental assisting experience preferred Warm, professional chairside manner Strong attention to detail and ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Reliable and punctual What you'll be doing Chairside assisting across a range of procedures including restorations, extractions, and crown work Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and photos Preparing, turning over, and sterilizing instruments Educating patients on post-op care and oral hygiene Supporting smooth patient flow in a multi-provider practice We use modern technology including digital X-rays, CBCT, CEREC same-day crowns, and intraoral scanning — experience with any of these is a plus but not required.
