Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Sierra Dental Studio – Folsom, CA Sierra Dental Studio is a modern, privately owned PPO family dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs. Perform coronal polishing, impressions, and fabricate temporary crowns (if certified). Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions. Set up and break down operatories. Maintain accurate clinical records and charting. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies. Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment. Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive patient experience. Work closely with the front office and clinical team to provide seamless patient care. Qualifications Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Coronal polishing and pit and fissure sealant certifications preferred. Knowledge of infection control and OSHA regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with digital dentistry and dental software is a plus. We're Looking for a STAR Employee!
