Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to provide excellent chairside assistance and ensure a smooth, comfortable patient experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring a clean and sterilized environment. Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during a variety of restorative and general procedures. Prepare materials, take digital X-rays, and manage impressions. Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after their appointments. Manage instrument sterilization, infection control protocols, and inventory. Assist with light administrative duties, such as scheduling and patient follow-ups. Qualifications: Valid California Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Current CPR certification. X-Ray certification (or willingness to obtain). Warm, friendly, and professional chairside manner. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus! (Ability to communicate with a broader range of patients) Benefits & Perks: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
