We're specifically seeking an experienced dental assistant who can integrate into a productive schedule with confidence, anticipate the doctor's needs, and require minimal onboarding. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who brings strong clinical skills and can contribute immediately. This position is best suited for an assistant who enjoys working at a high level and is energized by helping a productive doctor stay efficient, focused, and on time. You naturally anticipate what's needed before being asked, take ownership of your role, and find satisfaction in creating an exceptional experience for both patients and your teammates. What You'll Do Chairside assist for restorative, cosmetic, implant, and comprehensive dental procedures Independently see patients for Invisalign appointments, removable prosthodontic visits, oral appliance fabrication and adjustments, emergency triage, and other delegated clinical procedures Perform digital intraoral scanning, photography, and digital radiography Fabricate high-quality provisional restorations Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and operatories Chart accurately and assist with patient education Deliver post-operative instructions with confidence and compassion Anticipate the doctor's needs to keep clinical days efficient, productive, and on schedule Maintain exceptional infection control and organization Collaborate with a positive, high-performing clinical team Continuously look for ways to improve systems, efficiency, and the patient experience What You Bring Minimum 3 years of chairside dental assisting experience (advanced restorative, cosmetic, implant, or full-mouth rehabilitation experience strongly preferred) NH radiology certification Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and professionalism A proactive mindsetâyou anticipate needs rather than wait for direction Ability to integrate into an established clinical workflow with minimal training High level of personal accountability and follow-through Calm, positive attitude under pressure Pride in your work and a genuine desire to create an exceptional patient experience Commitment to continual learning and personal growth What You'll Love Appreciative, team-oriented culture Continuing education and professional growth opportunities Modern technology and organized clinical systems Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Consistent full-time schedule with respect for work-life balance The opportunity to grow alongside an expanding, forward-thinking private practice Compensation Pay: $25.00â$35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
