Lead Dental Assistant – Implant & Restorative DentistryCrown Dental | Scottsdale, AZ Are you an experienced dental assistant looking to take the next step in your career? This is an opportunity to work directly with Dr. Cantu in a modern practice focused on dental implants, full-arch rehabilitation, crown and bridge, and comprehensive restorative dentistry. We are looking for someone who not only excels chairside but also enjoys leading and organizing the clinical team. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes initiative, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Assist with dental implant surgeries and restorative procedures Lead and support the back-office team Manage clinical inventory and supply ordering Oversee the sterilization center and ensure OSHA compliance Track and coordinate laboratory cases from start to delivery Assist with clinical scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency Help maintain a positive, organized, and patient-focused environment Train and mentor team members as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience Dental implant surgical experience required Experience with crown and bridge procedures Experience with Curve Dental software preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Monthly performance bonus opportunities of $400–$600 Opportunity for professional growth in advanced implant dentistry Supportive team environment with hands-on mentorship from Dr. Cantu Interview ProcessQualified candidates will first complete a phone interview.
