What You’ll Do Coordinate and maintain a productive daily schedule Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression Discuss and sequence treatment plans with confidence and clarity Answer patient questions regarding recommended treatment Present financial arrangements in a knowledgeable, compassionate manner Work closely with our clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience What We’re Looking For Excellent organizational and communication skills A warm, professional, service-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle complex scheduling and patient inquiries confidently Experience in a dental office is required; clinical dental experience is a plus Proficiency with dental office management software, CDT billing codes, and interacting with dental insurance Comfort discussing treatment plans, scheduling, and financial arrangements Most importantly, someone who finds genuine fulfillment in caring for and serving others Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive compensation, including: Salary Performance bonus opportunities Continuing education Wellness benefits Retirement savings plan with employer match (when eligible) If this sounds like the kind of team you’d love to be part of, we’d love to hear from you.
