What You'll Be Doing Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism. Schedule appointments and help protect a productive schedule. Verify insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient information. Answer phones and assist families with questions. Help monitor recalls, pending treatment, confirmations, and schedule openings. Coordinate with the clinical team to create a smooth patient experience. Support treatment acceptance and financial conversations. Help create an office where children actually enjoy coming to the dentist. We'd Love to Meet Someone Who Has... Previous dental front office experience ( required ) Pediatric dental experience ( preferred ) Dentrix experience ( a plus ) Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Caring Kids?
