About Us Logan Family Dentistry is a private general dentistry practice dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. We're looking for a professional, personable and reliable Front Office Receptionist/ Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for our patients. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow into Treatment Coordinator for the right candidate. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process. Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, manage the front desk calendar Manage patient communications via phone, text, and email Communicate with referring dental offices regarding patient care and scheduling Manage patient records, forms and office correspondence Collect co-pays and payments, and support day-to-day administrative operations Support the clinical team and contribute to efficient daily operations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Qualifications Professional demeanor with a clear, confident, and friendly communication style Proficient with dental front office responsibilities Proficiency with dental patient management software Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Computer skills including Microsoft Office(Word, Excel) and familiarity with multi-line phone systems Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn Preferred (Not Required) Prior experience in a dental front office setting Schedule Monday-Thursday 7:45AM-4:45PM, Friday 7:45AM-1:00PM Compensation $20.00-$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience 401(k) PTO Holiday pay Health Insurance Dental Plan (in office) Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
