About the Position: We're looking for a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team at our Granite Bay location. Our regular schedule is Monday through Thursday , with occasional Fridays available for those interested in additional hours. We value work-life balance while also providing opportunities for team members who would like to earn extra income when available. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in providing exceptional patient care. We're looking for someone who is dependable, positive, and passionate about creating an outstanding experience for every patient. What You'll Do: Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos Educate patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols Maintain accurate clinical documentation Support the doctor and fellow team members to keep the schedule running efficiently Deliver an exceptional patient experience through kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who: Holds a current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Has excellent communication and people skills Works well in a team-focused environment Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Has a positive attitude and enjoys helping others Is eager to learn and continually improve Takes pride in providing outstanding patient care Experience is preferred, but we're just as interested in finding someone who shares our values and is excited to grow with our team.
