General Dentist – Part-Time Position New View Dental – Perrysburg, Ohio About Our Practice New View Dental is a modern, well-established, patient-centered general dentistry practice located in Perrysburg, Ohio. Our efficiently run, all-digital office (built in 2020) focuses on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care in a supportive, collaborative environment. With five operatories and strong patient demand, we emphasize clinical excellence, exceptional patient experiences, and a positive team culture. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled General Dentist to join our team part-time, two days per week (7-hour shifts). This role offers an excellent work-life balance with no evenings or weekends , while allowing you to practice in a thriving private practice with strong earning potential and a highly supportive clinical team. Compensation and Benefits Hybrid compensation model : $850 daily guarantee or 32% of adjusted production , whichever is greater. 4% employer 401(k) match. Prorated malpractice insurance coverage (added to the practice’s existing policy). All laboratory fees covered by the practice. Note: As a part-time position, health insurance and formal CE stipends are not provided. Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility to obtain one). Current CPR certification. Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative procedures, crown & bridge, endodontics, extractions, and routine oral surgery.
