Lead Dental Assistant (Endodontics) About Us We are a premier Endodontic practice located in Tualatin, Oregon. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and organized Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will perform high-quality chairside assisting while keeping our clinical space running smoothly and efficiently. Schedule: Monday â Thursday Location: Tualatin, OR Position Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Provide expert chairside assisting during root canal therapies and microsurgical procedures. Take high-quality digital radiographs and 3D imaging. Manage clinical inventory, order supplies, and track dental materials. Oversee sterilization, infection control, and equipment maintenance. Ensure patients feel comfortable, safe, and well-cared for. Qualifications Certification: Valid Oregon Radiologic Proficiency Certificate is required. Experience: 2+ years of dental assisting experience (Endodontic experience is a plus). Skills: Proficiency with digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and dental software.
