Dental Assistant â Paramount Smile Paramount Smile is a thriving 6-operatory dental practice in Coral Springs, delivering exceptional, patient-focused care in a warm, comfortable environment. We're a family-owned practice with big ambitions, led by an outstanding team of specialists including Dr. Melissa Jurado, our lead general dentist with a specialty in Prosthodontics, and Dr. Jordan Hekmati, specializing in Periodontics. We're seeking a skilled, motivated Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team 4 days a week (MondayâThursday). What You'll Do: Assist general dentists and specialists in patient examination and treatment with precision and care Screen patients and identify dental issues Support treatment procedures, including seating and greeting patients, capturing intraoral and extraoral images, intraoral scanning, and charting existing and planned procedures Work hands-on with Dentrix dental software Guide patients through procedures and follow-up care with clarity and confidence Address patient questions, concerns, consents, and medical history Prepare treatment setups tailored to each patient's needs Document treatment outcomes and provide patients with instructional care materials Clean, sterilize, and organize instruments, supplies, and equipment Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations Requisition supplies and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations Uphold and help shape practice policies and procedures Assist with supply ordering and inventory oversight What You Bring: Certified Dental Assistant credential from an accredited program Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience Expanded functions certification required Proven experience with Dentrix software What We Offer: 401(k) Generous supplemental bonus pay PTO accrual beginning after 3 months Complimentary and highly discounted dental hygiene, cosmetic, and specialty treatments for you and your family Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid time off Experience: Dental assisting: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: Expanded Functions Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
