Pediatric Dentist – Whole Health | Biologic | Regenerative | Functional Pediatric Dentistry Overview We're looking for a Pediatric Dentist who believes dentistry is about far more than fixing teeth. Our practice is built around the philosophy that the mouth is inseparably connected to the rest of the body, and that children deserve healthcare focused on prevention, root-cause diagnosis, nutrition, healthy development, and supporting lifelong wellness—not simply treating disease after it occurs. Our goal is to create one of the country's premier whole-health pediatric dental programs, where functional medicine principles, minimally invasive treatment, airway-focused care, and exceptional patient experiences come together. We believe the greatest impact in pediatric dentistry comes through early intervention—guiding healthy facial growth, proper breathing, oral function, nutrition, and habits before more significant problems develop. We strive to reduce each child's overall toxic burden by thoughtfully selecting biocompatible materials, minimizing unnecessary interventions, and utilizing technologies that support natural healing whenever possible. Through advanced diagnostics, laser dentistry, ozone therapy, regenerative techniques, and collaborative care, our mission is to help children achieve not only healthy smiles but healthier lives. If you are passionate about prevention, enjoy educating families, and want the freedom to practice dentistry in a way that addresses why disease develops—not just how to repair it—we would love to meet you. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. Develop individualized treatment plans emphasizing prevention, minimally invasive dentistry, and long-term oral and systemic health. Help families understand the root causes of cavities, airway disorders, poor facial development, oral habits, inflammation, and other pediatric conditions through education rather than fear. Render dental care, fillings, crowns, vital pulp therapies, extractions and space maintainers. Incorporate nutrition, oral microbiome health, salivary health, sleep, breathing, tongue function, and lifestyle counseling into routine patient care. Identify children who would benefit from early orthodontic intervention, guiding facial growth and development before more complex orthodontic treatment becomes necessary. Evaluate airway development, mouth breathing, tongue posture, oral habits, and craniofacial growth, working closely with our orthodontist and myofunctional therapist as well as outside ENT, sleep, and medical providers when appropriate. Collaborate closely with our myofunctional therapists to support healthy breathing, swallowing, tongue function, and facial development. Utilize laser dentistry for minimally invasive soft- and hard-tissue procedures that improve patient comfort, reduce healing time, and enhance clinical outcomes. Incorporate ozone therapy when appropriate to support minimally invasive care, microbial reduction, and tissue healing. Utilize natural dental principles by selecting biocompatible materials whenever possible and reducing unnecessary exposure to potentially harmful dental materials. Collaborate with our team to reduce overall toxic burden through thoughtful treatment planning and evidence-informed material selection. Provide compassionate behavior guidance that builds trust and creates positive dental experiences for children and families. Work alongside an interdisciplinary team that may include hygienists, orthodontists, myofunctional therapists, nutrition professionals, physicians, and other healthcare providers to support each child's overall health. Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA and all regulatory standards. Continue learning and growing with advancements in pediatric dentistry, biologic dentistry, airway-focused care, functional medicine, laser dentistry, and regenerative therapies. What We're Looking For DDS or DMD degree with completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency. Active dental license (or eligibility for licensure). A passion for prevention, education, and building long-term relationships with families. A desire to practice relationship-centered, patient-focused care rather than high-volume production dentistry. Interest in regenerative or functional dentistry, airway-focused orthodontics, myofunctional therapy, nutrition, oral microbiome science, laser dentistry, ozone therapy, or integrative healthcare. Experience is welcomed but not required—we value curiosity and a commitment to continual learning. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate families in an encouraging, empowering manner. A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Commitment to practicing evidence-informed dentistry while remaining open to emerging research that improves patient outcomes. Why Join Us? This is an opportunity to help redefine what pediatric dentistry can be. Our vision extends beyond treating cavities—we're building a practice that helps children develop healthier airways, stronger facial growth, better oral function, and lifelong wellness from the very beginning. We believe many chronic dental and health problems can be reduced through early intervention, thoughtful guidance, and addressing root causes before disease progresses. You'll practice in an environment that values: Whole-body health Root-cause diagnosis Functional and biologic dentistry Nutrition and lifestyle medicine Early orthodontic intervention and growth guidance Airway-focused dentistry Myofunctional therapy Laser dentistry Ozone therapy Prevention before intervention Biocompatible, low-toxicity dental materials Regenerative and minimally invasive treatment Clinical excellence backed by lifelong learning Compassionate, relationship-based patient care If you're excited about practicing dentistry that truly changes children's health—not just their smiles—we'd love to hear from you. Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Health insurance Work Location: In person
