Job Overview: We are a private dental practice in the Rolling Meadows/Arlington Heights area looking for a Front Office Patient Coordinator. We are looking for an energetic, caring, reliable, hard-working individual with the ability to communicate effectively to patients and assist them to take advantage of the quality care we provide. We focus on teamwork and an excellent patient experience. Your role will include in providing exceptional patient service and care, scheduling appointments, checking in and out, answering phones, collecting payments, generating patient referrals and goodwill marketing, and helping to coordinate with other roles in the front office. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year Dental Office Experience required. Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred (but not required). Must be highly organized, neat and efficient. Must be trustworthy and dependable. Excellent phone etiquette and in-person communication skills are vital. Knowledge of Open Dental is helpful.
