What You'll Do As a key member of our clinical team, you'll play an essential role in creating a smooth, stress-free experience for every patient who walks through our doors. You'll support the doctor chairside, handle clinical and administrative tasks, and help keep the practice running efficiently. Your day-to-day will include: -Welcoming patients and ensuring their comfort throughout treatment -Preparing rooms, instruments, and supplies for procedures -Assisting the doctor with 4-handed dentistry -Sterilizing instruments and maintaining proper infection control -Providing post-operative care instructions and patient education -Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records -Supporting general office needs and jumping in where help is needed most Who You Are You're a dedicated, adaptable Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys being a part of a patient-centered team. You love combining your technical skills with your compassion to create a positive impact every day.
