Position Requirements Minimum 2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience (required) Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Florida (required) Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Excellent knowledge of periodontal disease, preventive dentistry, and patient education Experience taking digital radiographs and intraoral photographs Experience with Open Dental software is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills CPR Certification (required) Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene examinations and periodontal assessments Provide preventive dental cleanings (adult and pediatric) Perform scaling and root planing (SRP) and periodontal maintenance Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and periodontal health Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants when indicated Assist the doctor in identifying and documenting treatment needs Accurately chart clinical findings and maintain complete patient records Ensure all infection control and OSHA protocols are followed Build trusting relationships with patients through compassionate care Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications Active Florida Dental Hygienist License Minimum 2 years of dental hygiene experience Fluent in English and Spanish Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive dentistry Excellent communication and patient education skills Detail-oriented with outstanding clinical documentation Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional patient care Positive attitude with a strong commitment to excellence Why Join Us?
