Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and taking vital signs as needed. Provide professional dental cleanings, periodontal charting, scaling, and preventive treatments. Take high-quality dental radiographs (current Radiology license required). Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care techniques. Assist in developing individualized treatment plans and reinforce doctor recommendations. Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix . Follow all OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment. Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients. Work collaboratively with the dentist and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience. Stay current with continuing education and advancements in dental hygiene and patient care. Qualifications Current Dental Hygienist license in good standing. Current Radiology certification/license required. Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to exceptional patient care. Previous dental hygiene experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply. Compensation & Benefits Pay is based on experience.
