Experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time or Part-Time Join a team that values experience, professionalism, and exceptional patient care! Our established, privately owned general dental practice is looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to become a valued member of our team. We are seeking someone who is confident, dependable, takes initiative, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Orthodontic experience is a plus , but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong general dentistry background. What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of general dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain excellent infection control standards Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos Fabricate temporary crowns and perform expanded duties as permitted Manage instruments, sterilization, and operatory organization Educate patients before and after treatment Help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient Work as a true team player to keep the schedule running efficiently Qualifications Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Minimum of 4 years of recent chairside experience in a general dental practice Excellent knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working independently and anticipating the doctor's needs Experience with digital x-rays and dental software (Open Dental experience is a plus) Orthodontic assisting experience is a plus Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail Has a positive attitude and enjoys helping patients Learns quickly and is eager to improve Supports teammates and contributes to a positive office culture Is honest, dependable, and accountable Please Apply Only If: You have real, hands-on chairside experience in general dentistry.
