Manage health records, documenting patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes with precision. Take and develop diagnostic radiology images such as X-rays to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Monitor patient conditions during procedures, reporting any concerns or changes promptly to the dental team. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, manual handling standards, and safety regulations to maintain a sterile environment. Skills Proven experience in dental hygiene or related healthcare fields with a focus on patient service excellence.
