This is much more than a front desk position. We are looking for someone who can build genuine relationships with patients, help them understand the value of their treatment, and ensure they have an exceptional experience from the moment they call our office until their treatment is complete. What You'll Do Coordinate appointments and manage an efficient schedule. Present treatment plans confidently while explaining financial options and assist patients with insurance benefits Help patients understand the importance of recommended care. Build long-term relationships through outstanding communication and follow-up. Answer phones and respond promptly to patient inquiries. Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience. Help create a positive, organized, and supportive office environment. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience as a receptionist in a FFS dental office Experience presenting treatment plans (including implants, Invisalign and cosmetics) and discussing financial arrangements. Knowledge of dental insurance and benefit coordination. Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred). Strong computer and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
