Responsibilities · Assist doctor during a wide range of procedures including restorative, crown and bridge, endodontics, and surgical procedures · Take digital radiographs · Fabricate temporary crowns · Perform coronal polishing within California scope of practice · Prepare and break down operatories efficiently · Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols · Proper instrument processing and sterilization · Assist with clinical charting and documentation · Support front office team when needed · Maintain organized and efficient clinical workflow Qualifications · Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license · Current CPR certification · X‑ray certification · Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Professional appearance and positive attitude · Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment · Experience with digital dentistry preferred Ideal Candidate · Self‑motivated and reliable · Team-oriented with strong work ethic · Comfortable with modern dental technology · Committed to high standards of patient care · Interested in long‑term growth within a practice Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour Work Location: In person
