We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our clinical team and help our daily schedule run smoothly. Responsibilities Prepare and break down operatories according to strict infection control and OSHA protocols. Assist the doctor smoothly during a variety of general dentistry procedures. Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral scans. Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical equipment. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions. Manage lab cases, including organizing physical models and tracking digital scan workflows for appliances like Essix retainers. Qualifications Experience working as a Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in California. Active X-Ray and CPR certifications. Strong understanding of clinical workflows, dental materials, and terminology. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient-first bedside manner. Ability to troubleshoot minor clinical issues (e.g., recognizing scan distortions) is a highly valued plus. What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and credentials.
