Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) following safety protocols Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately in patient records Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures with efficiency and professionalism Provide post-treatment instructions and answer patient questions clearly and confidently Maintain strict adherence to infection control standards and sterilization procedures to ensure patient safety Requirements Valid license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in accordance with state or regional regulations Proven experience in performing dental cleanings, radiography, and patient education Strong knowledge of oral health best practices, infection control, and safety protocols Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse patient populations Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage patient records accurately A passion for promoting oral health and providing outstanding patient care Join us in creating healthier smiles every day!
