Why You'll Love Working Here: We are a highly rated dental practice with a loyal patient base The chance to assist an amazing dentist that has been with our practice for over 10 years Competitive hourly rate, bonus opportunities and great benefits â¨Who you are: EDDA with 2+ years of experience working in general dentistry Someone who is fast paced, self motivated and wants to stay somewhere long-term Reliable, outgoing, and desire to learn and grow within a team ______________________________________________________________________________________ Schedule: Full-Time Mondays and Tuesdays 7:45am-5pm Wednesdays 7:45am-4pm Thursdays 8:45am-4pm Fridays 7:45am-2pm Compensation: $25-$28/hr, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance â Benefits: We offer a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k match, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and EAP. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities: Genuinely welcome patients into the practice Assist the dentist chairside using 4 handed dentistry Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort are achieved A thorough review and update of the patient's health history Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory Sterilization of instruments according to regulations Assist with stocking and ordering supplies Qualifications: 2+ years of Expanded Duties Dental Assistant Experience X-Ray Certification required Active CPR/BLS Certification required EDDA and Dental Assistant Certifications are preferred Accepting applications until July 31, 2026 or we find the right candidate Pay Range: USD $25.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr.
