Registered Dental Hygienist – Join a Patient-Centered, Airway-Focused Practice in Park Ridge Beyond Smiles of Park Ridge is looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our privately owned, relationship-based dental practice. We are looking for a hygienist who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and wants to continue learning and growing professionally. We are looking for someone who: Is a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in Illinois. Is warm, dependable, positive, and team-oriented. Provides thorough, gentle, and compassionate care. Enjoys educating patients about the connection between oral health and overall health. Communicates confidently with patients and team members. Is open to learning new technology and clinical concepts. Experience is appreciated, but we are also open to meeting an enthusiastic new graduate who is eager to learn and become part of a supportive team. Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Compensation: Starting at $50 per hour, structured as a salaried position based on consistent scheduled hours, plus eligibility for our monthly team bonus program. Team members routinely earn an additional $500–$1,000 per month through the bonus program.
