Duties Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, implants, and oral surgeries with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, diagnosing dental conditions using appropriate medical imaging and dental terminology, and developing effective treatment plans. Deliver comprehensive patient education on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to enhance patient understanding and satisfaction. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed through aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures to safeguard patient safety. Collaborate with team members to provide four-handed dentistry for efficient workflow and optimal patient comfort. Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and answer any questions to foster trust and confidence in our services. Qualifications Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice general dentistry; additional certifications in pediatrics or oral surgery are a plus. Proven experience working in a dental clinic or office environment with proficiency in dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Strong knowledge of dental diagnosis, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and healthcare regulations including HIPAA. Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, implants, orthodontics, prosthodontics, endodontics and pediatric dentistry procedures. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex treatments clearly and compassionately. Ability to work efficiently within a team while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and dental fabrication processes is preferred.
