What We Offer Four-day work week (Monday–Thursday) No Fridays or weekends Established private practice with a supportive clinical team Organized scheduling and clinical systems Modern technology and digital workflows Opportunities for continued learning and professional growth Respectful, team-focused work environment Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Take digital radiographs and clinical photographs as needed Review treatment plans with patients as directed Maintain accurate clinical documentation Help ensure an efficient, positive patient experience Support teammates throughout the day to keep the schedule running smoothly Qualifications Active Iowa Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Two or more years of dental assisting experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using dental software and digital technology Dependable, professional, and patient-focused Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment Schedule Monday–Thursday Approximately 7:15 AM–5:30 PM (slight variation by day) No Fridays or weekends Work Location Primarily based at our Lakeport office with occasional coverage at our other Siouxland locations.
