Dental office receptionist - Sunshine Dental LLC - Springfield, MA

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced receptionist, who is a team player but is able to work independently, to join our dental family! We require a minimum 2 years experience in the dental field, handling insurances and scheduling. You will be responsible for verifying insurance eligibility and determining patient co-pays prior to their visits. Scheduling and confirming patient appointments are also daily duties. We are a fast paced dental office and you will be the first point of contact with our patients so you must be personable,kind and be able to multitask and prioritize your tasks.
