Job Overview Bridgeway Dental is seeking a cheerful, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Pior Dental experience is required — we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic . This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the dental field with full on-the-job training. Intended hours are from Monday AND Friday (7:45AM - 5PM). Looking for PART TIME to start then transition to FULL TIME if schedule allows. Key Responsibilities Greet and support patients with warmth and professionalism Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Assist the doctor and hygienists chairside during procedures Take digital x-rays (after certification) Document patient care and treatment details accurately Manage room turnover efficiently between patients Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical spaces Learn dental terminology, materials, and workflows Follow all infection control and safety protocols Provide general support to clinical and front office teams as needed Qualifications Must be reliable, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Cheerful, team-oriented mindset Must be comfortable working with patients of all ages High school diploma or equivalent required Must be eligible to obtain NYS dental radiology certification (training provided if needed) If you have read all of the above, please indicate in your message to me on the reason why the field of dentistry interests you.
