What You'll Do This isn't a traditional dental assistant role. You'll split your time between chairside patient care and our in-house digital lab â bringing restorations and appliances to life from design to final print. Chairside Clinical Duties: Deliver exceptional patient care with a patient-first mindset Assist with procedures, instrument setup, and infection control Educate and empower patients to take ownership of their oral health Partner with doctors on treatment co-diagnosis and case presentation 3D Printing & Digital Design: Operate and maintain in-house 3D printers (resins, models, surgical guides, temporaries, and more) Work with CAD/CAM software to design and refine digital restorations and appliances Support digital impression workflows and intraoral scanning Troubleshoot prints, manage resin inventory, and ensure quality control Collaborate with the clinical team to turn digital treatment plans into physical results Stay current on emerging materials, techniques, and equipment What We're Looking For Active Registered Dental Assistant (or equivalent experience) Hands-on experience or strong interest in 3D printing, CAD design, or digital dentistry Comfortable learning new software and technology â fast Detail-oriented with a love for precision and problem-solving Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment Coachable, curious, and growth-minded Someone who sees dentistry as a craft â not just a job Prior experience with dental 3D printing software (e.g., exocad, 3Shape, Meshmixer, ChituBox) is a major plus â but we're willing to train the right person.
