Responsibilities Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care. Educate patients about their oral health and treatment options. Take digital radiographs and complete comprehensive periodontal assessments. Communicate findings clearly with both patients and doctors. Build lasting relationships that encourage lifelong dental health. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Work closely with the entire team to deliver an outstanding patient experience from start to finish. Qualifications Required Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in North Carolina. Current CPR certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for patient care. Preferred Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software. Experience with digital radiography and intraoral scanners. Knowledge of periodontal therapy and comprehensive dentistry. Experience discussing treatment recommendations and motivating patients toward better oral health. What Matters Most Technical skills can be taught and refined.
